Every year, NSS and Red Ribbon Club (RRC) conduct the blood donation camps at Government Hospital, Thiruchengode, Eraiyamangalam, Erode, Government Mohan Kumaramangalam Hospital, Salem, K.G. Hospital, Coimbatore. The needy and poor are much benefited by these camps. Urgent needs of the nearby hospitals are fulfilled in time by the sacrificial blood donating students. Such service has saved nearly 40 lives at risk.
St. John Ambulance Association has awarded the Rolling Trophy for First-Aid Service to the Institution in the year 2000.
On 1.10.2006, Governor of Tamilnadu has rewarded the Institution with (THANNARVA RATHA DHANA VIRUDHU) for the huge turnout of blood donors.
